Bibbity Bobbity Boo!

Its called the happiest place on earth. And for the most part its true, though being happy comes with a lot of tears. Luckily, a polyester dress and a ton of glitter can lift the spirts of the sleepiest preschooler. LilPea was happy to be along for the ride and ride she did all over three theme parks, two airports and countless monorails. Scott and I are still recovering. Still it was a great time and I am sure we'll treasure these memories. Especially the part where CPea declared, "Rides are DISTGUSTING, Mama!" I'm not sure how that will affect my campaign to be Parent of the Year. Luckily its only March and with a cross country move in my future, the judges will surely take pity on me.

On our first day, CPea was invited to drive the Monorail-how great was that! She did a fine job!

Ready for a day of fun
This looks fun, no?

All ready for breakfast with the Princesses
Princesses wear crocs don't they?
For those of you with sons, congratulations. You have just saved yourself quite a bit of money by opting out of the Disney princess empire.

I don't think I had this much attention getting ready for my wedding!
Look how pretty!

My napping beauties
CPea on her favorite ride, we rode them six times. It was the only thing she wanted to do in the whole magic kingdon. Mickey will need to up his game next time. That or the Disney staff can stop annoucing what may scare children while in line. As soon as she heard that there was darkness, CPea refused to go. Scott and I now have a greater appreciation of the cocktail concession stands.

And, my first attempt to add a video.

After a long day of being a princess, CPea had this to say on our way back to the hotel room. My heart breaks a little every time I see it.

oh my goodness, that video just about broke my heart. "but it's only special today." i have heard that many a time over here, too.

and as for the princess thing, i'm quite glad to be free and clear of that madness. however, i am stuck in a little world of overpriced wooden trains called Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends. Ugh.
